Stains on fabrics – Perfume

Perfume. Fresh perfume stains can be easily removed with a suitable solvent. Older stains, which have already turned dark in color, alternatively, try to remove them by wiping them alternately with acetic acid and alcohol, followed by washing with warm water. Care should be taken when removing stains in colored fabrics in this way, natural and artificial silk, as well as synthetic fiber products, e.g.. made of polyvinyl chloride. Perfume stains on white silk or on white fabric made of polyamide fibers are oxidized with hydrogen peroxide with a small amount of ammonia or glycerin, then rinse the stained area thoroughly with water. It needs to be highlighted that, that in many cases the stain is only partially removed from the perfume.
